Yoga has been a part of my life for almost 5 years now, I started while I was finishing my Sociology degree in university and fell in love with the mind, body, spirit connection. My practice has helped me to grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on the mat and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully, and with more love.   I completed my 200 hour training with the Yoga Alliance, and will continue to be a student of the practice, learning as much as I can, for as long as I can.  In my classes, I love to combine the sequencing of the flows with inspiration and love, to nourish the connections we have within ourselves. My hope is that you step of the mat feeling refreshed and balanced.
